Liberation Day in Italy is a day to honor all that have died during wars for Italy. This holiday is celebrated on April 25th every year.
Celebration\ Observance
On this day there is music bands, marching bands, food festivals, public gatherings, and political rallies. Schools, banks, post offices, and governmental offices will be closed, however other buildings will remain open.
History
Liberation Day was the end of Nazi occupation and the fall of Mussolini Italian Social Republic. That lead to the end of World War 2.
